The Gentle Beginning of a Deeper Way of Living
First and foremost, I want to warmly welcome you to this space - a space I created with the intention of empowering women to reconnect with themselves and to support them in navigating life through a more grounded, aligned, and holistic way of living.
You’ve probably seen the word “holistic” come up more often lately. It’s not just a wellness trend. Holistic health is about nurturing your whole self—body, mind, and soul—rather than just focusing on symptoms or external success. It’s about honoring all parts of who you are.
In this first post, I’d love to share what this truly means—and how my own journey brought me here. While this space isn’t about me, I believe that sharing lived experiences builds trust. And maybe, in pieces of my story, you’ll find reflections of your own.
My Story: From Aspirations to Awakening
I knew from a young age that I wanted to model. At 14, I was scouted and rejected. At 16, I won a modeling competition and began traveling abroad for work. By 17, I was living overseas. After completing my studies, I decided to pursue modeling full-time.
But behind the glossy images was a reality I wasn’t prepared for: long periods away from home, emotional isolation, uncertain income, and the pressure to constantly perform and present yourself in a certain way—both professionally and socially.
At 22, while on a 6-month stay in London, everything caught up with me. I hit rock bottom—mentally, emotionally, physically. I was grieving, overwhelmed by work, and far from my family. I had no space to just be human. That moment of unraveling became the turning point.
Reclaiming My Life Through Holistic Health
That period of burnout forced me to pause—and rethink everything. I began studying holistic health, becoming a certified Holistic Health Coach.
I realized that chasing success doesn’t mean sacrificing your well-being. I learned that self-worth isn’t rooted in productivity or appearances, and that there’s a more sustainable, fulfilling way to live and grow.
This space was born from that realization: a space for women like you, who want to thrive—not just survive.

Let’s Rethink What “Success” Looks Like
Our culture often celebrates the “rise and grind” mindset. But here's the truth: you don’t have to live in survival mode to prove your worth. You don’t have to push past your limits to earn value.
Especially in industries like modeling, people are often expected to be “on” at all times. There’s little room for vulnerability, emotion, or self-reflection. But those parts of you deserve just as much space as your ambition.
This Is Your Space, Too
People sometimes ask me how I got into modeling, and what it’s like. But I always invite them to first ask why they want it. If it’s just about the glamor, I urge you to look deeper. Because there’s beauty and strength in knowing yourself beyond the spotlight.
My goal isn’t to glamorize the journey—it’s to humanize it and educate others on it for anyone who is looking to start their career in this industry. I mainly discuss things from my perspective in the fashion industry as a model, but i'm certain it applies to other women in different fields too.
This space exists so we can talk about what really matters: building a life that feels aligned, nourishing, and true to who you are.
